Property Overview

In the property overview you can manage all properties in the catalog. Learn here how to work with this view.

Filter

You can filter the property overview by:

  • Data Type

  • Domain

  • Name

  • Property Set

You find the filter button in the top right corner of the property overview page.

If you are filtering by Name you can further specify the filter with the functions Contains, Ends with and Starts with.

Group by

You can group the property overview by Property Set or leave it ungrouped.

The button for grouping the property overview is on the top right corner of the page.

πŸ’‘ You can edit and delete property sets when the property overview is grouped by property sets.

Columns

You can configure the columns that are visible in the property overview to see all the information that is relevant for you and hide columns that you do not need.

The visibility of the following columns can be changed:

  • Property Set - visible by default

  • Data Type - visible by default

  • Restrictions - hidden by default

  • Domains - visible by default

  • Specifications - visible by default

You cannot hide the Name column.

The button for configuring the columns is on the top right corner of the page next to the filter and group by buttons.

Search

The search allows you to search for a free text. The following attributes of the properties are searched:

  • Name

  • Property Set

Property overview in specifications

You can find the same Grouping, Columnsand Searchfunctionalities in the specification overview when selecting a specification and toggling to Properties.
