Property Overview

Actions in the property overview

When you hover over a property in the list, several quick actions appear:

• Open
  Open the full details of the property and manage its assignments to specifications and information levels.

• Edit
  Change the property information, such as name, data type, description, rules, domain, tags and mappings.

• History
  See what was last changed on the property and by whom.

• Delete
  Delete the property. If the property is still assigned to specifications or used as a classifying property, you’ll see a warning.

Navigating the property overview

The property table lets you manage all properties in the catalog. To make managing and navigating easier, you can adjust the list using the view settings: Sorting, Columns, Filter, Grouping.
